(4) Michael de la Pole, Earl of Suffolk, born 1362. Died September 18th, 1415 at seige of Harfleur. Son of Michael and Katherine. Married Catherine Stafford and had daughter Isabel. In the second year of Henry IV, by an Act and Special Grant of Parliment, Michael was restored to his title and estates. His son, also Michael, died at the seige of Agincourt less than a month after his father's death, and was suceeded by his brother, William.

(5) Isabel de la Pole, born about 1400. Daughter of Michael and Catherine. Married Thomas Morley.

He was summoned to parliament 20 Jan 1366, whereby he is held to have become Lord de la Pole. He was created Earl of Suffolk 6 Aug 1385. He was accused of high treason and fled the country in Dec 1387. He was attainted and all his honours forfeited 13 Feb 1388[70].
